Amenities

The amenities are for White Oak Place HOA members and their guests. Residents may be asked to show I.D. as proof of residency. Contact Ed Blosser with questions. Please read through the rules found under the Amenity tab before using any of the Amenities.

Please be advised that you must have your membership card in your possession at all time while using the WOP facilities (tennis, pool, Pavilion, basketball courts, playground.) White Oak Place is a private residential facility & trespassers will be asked to vacate the property if unable to present valid I.D. upon request.

The Pavilion features picnic tables, lighting, and a grill. Full and Community Members can reserve the Pavilion for private parties. If Full members plan to also use the pool, please let us know when you book the pavilion. Guests are limited to 10 people in the pool at any time.

We have two tennis courts at White Oak Place. Many residents enjoy playing with ALTA on our courts. Full Members can reserve the courts for some tennis games. Please read the rules under the Amenity tab.

The pool is available to full HOA members. Please read the rules under the Amenity tab before using the pool.

The pool is open from mid- May through mid-September.

There is not a lifeguard on duty and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Glass is not allowed in the pool area.
