Neighborhood Development

​White Oak Place was developed by Hallmark Developers and established in 1990.  The swim and tennis side (commonly known as the North Side or Phase I) was built first.  The majority of these homes were built by D.R. Horton.

A few years later, the custom side (commonly known as  the South Side or Phase II) of the subdivision was built by Colonnade Development, Mike Nolan Homes, Scott Harrison Homes, JEM Homes, G.C. Osgood & Associates, Bob Boyd, Vintage Homes, Kaiser Communities, J.D. King Construction, R.J. Jewell Homes, John Willis, RMR Enterprise, Inc. and  many more.
