1. Reservations are for required organized parties (birthdays, baseball, soccer, office, etc.)

2. Reservations can be made online at whiteoakplacehoa.com under the amenities tab.

3. Only full facility members may use the pool associated with the pavilion reservation. Community members may reserve the pavilion without the use of the pool.

4. A two-week notice is required for reservations.

5. The pool cannot be closed during any party, meaning it is open to all full facility members during operating hours.

6. Pool rules remain the same so be sure to bring your pool access card and do not prop the pool gate open. No more than 10 party members in the pool area at any time.

7. The pavilion can be reserved for up to 4 hours.

8. The pavilion should be free from any debris and cleaned up prior to departing. Party hosts should bring their own trash bags and take home any trash to avoid overflowing the community bins.

9. Any damages will be charged to the member reserving the facilities.
