Use of Common Areas

1. Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially near homes bordering common areas.

2. Pets must be leashed at all times in common areas, and owners are responsible for immediate waste cleanup.

​

3. Please dispose of trash in provided receptacles; do not leave personal items, food waste, or debris behind.

​

4. Sidewalks are shared spaces for walking, jogging, and biking; please yield to pedestrians and be mindful of children and pets.

​

5. The swing in the common area is a shared amenity. Please limit use to reasonable time periods when others are waiting, and report any damage or safety concerns to the HOA.

6. Neighborhood entrance areas are for aesthetic and community use only; no parking, loitering, soliciting, or posting of signage without HOA approval.

​

7. Residents may not store personal belongings, furniture, or equipment in common areas.

​

8. Golf carts and other motorized vehicles are prohibited in the grassy areas in the common areas except for HOA maintenance use. Please keep motorized vehicles on the pavement.

9. Residents are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or their pets, and use common areas at their own risk.

​

10. Please report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or rule violations to the HOA board or management company.
