1. Tennis Courts are only available to Full Facility Members and their legitimate guests only. Guests are defined as friends and family not residing in WOP. Members are limited to a maximum of 3 guests at any one time, and restricted to the use of 1 court.

2. Use of tennis courts is restricted to tennis / pickle ball activity only. Use of courts for other activity is strictly prohibited.

3. Tennis courts are available during daylight hours, evenings until 10:00pm. Under no circumstances will court lights be on past 10:00pm

4. Court reservations may be made on the WOP website under the amenities tab at whiteoakoplacehoa.com. Reservations for individual play or practice will be limited to two hours. Reservations will be cancelled if the individual(s)are more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled time. Individuals arriving late for their reserved time may not play past their reserved period, unless the courts are free following play.

5. Individual reservations may be cancelled by the facilities director or tennis coordinator

 

Conduct and Attire

1. Proper attire will be worn at all times on the courts. Only athletic or tennis shoes will be worn on courts.

2. No glass containers or food is permitted on courts. All drinks must be in non-breakable containers. No skateboards, bicycles, chalk, rocks, etc. allowed on courts.

3. Unruly or offensive behavior by players, their guests, and spectators will not be tolerated.

4. Any violations should be reported to WOP HOA.
