1. Pool hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

2. A person must be at least 15 years old to use the pool without adult (21 years or older) supervision.

3. Pool entry gate MUST always be left closed. Do not prop it open as we do not want a child to wander either into the pool or out to the street unsupervised.

4. You must have a pool card to enter the pool area. Do not let people in that do not have a card. Do not let a non-member use your card to access the pool. If you lose your card, send an email to White Oak Place HOA to receive a replacement for a $10 fee. Only one card is allowed per household.

5. Clean up after yourself and your guests. Push chairs back under tables and close the umbrellas to prevent damage to tables if there is a storm.

6. Guests can only be from outside White Oak Place and are limited to four guests per visit. If a full facility member reserves the pavilion and plans to also use the pool, guests using the pool during the event are limited to 10. 

7. Children not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers while in the pool.

8. No pets are allowed in the pool enclosure.

9. No smoking is permitted within five feet of the pool.

10. No food is permitted within five feet of the pool.

11. No glass is allowed in the pool area.

12. No running in the pool area, no diving or flips into the pool.

13. All pool furniture is to remain on the pool deck and not place inside the pool.

14. Participants are required to wear bathing suits while in the pool.

15. No vandalism, cursing, fighting, gambling, or intoxication in the pool area.

16. No overnight parking at the amenities area. Vehicles left unattended after 10:00 p.m. will be towed (see signs posted at the pavilion).

17. Gates will be locked at 10:00 p.m. nightly.
